These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of royalremedies.com (the "Site") and any purchase from Royal Remedies ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. You must be 21 or older
You must be at least 21 years old to use this Site or buy our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the person receiving it are 21 or older. We may ask for proof of age, and we may cancel any order we can't verify.
2. Our products
Royal Remedies sells hemp-derived Delta 9 THC gummies that are intended to comply with applicable federal and state hemp laws.
- Our products are intoxicating. Do not drive or operate machinery after use.
- Our products may cause a positive drug test.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication, unless your doctor approves.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this Site is medical advice.
3. Where we ship and your responsibility
Hemp laws vary by state and change often. We only ship to states where we believe our products may legally be shipped, and checkout blocks other states. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. We may cancel and refund any order if we believe shipping it would violate the law.
4. Orders, pricing and availability
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or failed age verification. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
- Product images are for illustration. Color and appearance may vary slightly.
5. Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be combined. Each code is limited to one use per customer unless it states otherwise. Codes have no cash value and may end at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse codes.
6. Payment
You agree to give us accurate billing information and authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for your order, plus applicable tax and shipping.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy (the Royal Remedies Feel-Good Guarantee) are part of these Terms.
8. Wholesale
Wholesale accounts are subject to approval and separate wholesale terms. Wholesale buyers are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to resale in their location.
9. Site content
All content on the Site, including our name, logo, photos, text and designs, belongs to Royal Remedies and is protected by law. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting to break its security, scraping it, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, comment or other content, you give us permission to use it on our Site and in our marketing. You must not submit false, misleading or unlawful content, or content that makes health claims.
12. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as is," to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties beyond those required by law and our Feel-Good Guarantee.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Remedies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
14. Indemnity
You agree to hold Royal Remedies harmless from claims that arise from your violation of these Terms or of the law, including misrepresenting your age or buying where our products are not permitted.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this Site. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
