Start low
Each Royal Remedies gummy contains 10mg of Delta 9. If you're new to THC, or it's been a while, start with half a gummy (about 5mg). Our gummies are easy to cut with a clean knife.
Go slow
Edibles are digested before they take effect. Effects usually begin within 30 to 90 minutes but can take up to 2 hours, especially on a full stomach. Wait at least 90 minutes before deciding whether to take more.
Keep notes
Everyone responds differently. Jot down how much you took, when, whether you'd eaten and how you felt. After a few tries you'll know your amount.
Play it safe
